  • Having a clear mind before heading out on the course is key, meditation goes a long way.

  • Focus not so much on getting the golf ball in the hole from 100 yards plus out, more so focus on putting the ball in a playable wide area such as the middle of the green or close enough to the green to set yourself up for a better next shot. Don't be a hero!

  • Stretching is key, always stretch even though the game of golf doesn’t seem super active you are still using muscles and motions that if tight you can still hurt yourself.
